These terms govern your use of MMA Beauty Bar(the “Maison”, “we”, “us”) and the products you order from us. By browsing this site, adding items to your bag, or completing a WhatsApp checkout, you accept these terms.

We keep things short. Where consumer protection law in Sri Lanka gives you stronger rights, those rights apply over anything written here.

Our checkout is intentionally conversational. When you tap Checkout via WhatsApp, your bag is pre-filled into a message to our concierge. Final confirmation, payment method, and delivery slot are agreed there.

A binding contract is formed only once we confirm your order in WhatsApp and we have received payment (or, for cash on delivery, dispatched the parcel).

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for instance if a product is out of stock, pricing is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If you've already paid, we'll refund in full to the original method.

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price agreed in your WhatsApp confirmation is the price you pay.

Where a product comes in multiple sizes, the size you pick at the counter is the price that applies.

We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery (Western Province only), and major card payments. All arranged personally over WhatsApp.

Bank details are shared only after we confirm stock. Don't pay against any details you receive elsewhere — only what comes from our verified WhatsApp number +94 74 039 6073.

We deliver island-wide. Indicative timelines:

• Colombo — same-day on orders placed before 1:00 pm
• Greater Western Province — next working day
• Outstation — 1–3 working days

Free delivery on orders above LKR 25,000. Otherwise a courier fee is added at checkout — visible to you in the WhatsApp thread before you pay.

Risk passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier. We insist that you inspect the package on arrival and tell us within 24 hours if anything is wrong.

We accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Beauty products that have been unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons — this is standard practice and required by personal-care regulations.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, message us within 24 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the returned item.

Every product on our shelf is sourced direct from the brand's authorised distribution and arrives sealed at origin. We do not trade in grey-market or unauthorised parallel imports.

If you have any doubt about a product's authenticity, send us a message with photos — we'll trace the batch with the maison and make it right.

The site, our logo, text, photography, and layout are owned by MMA Beauty Bar (or licensed to us). You may not copy, mirror, or republish any of it for commercial use without written permission.

Product imagery and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used here under fair-dealing & authorised-stockist arrangements.

We take great care to keep product information accurate. That said, colours can vary by screen, ingredient lists can change as brands reformulate, and individual skin reacts differently — always patch-test new actives.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by Sri Lankan law. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Colombo, with a sincere preference for resolving things over WhatsApp first.
